Minimalism meets lavishness in architectural highlight on the Spree
The idea is for the WAVE to rise above the Spree in Berlin, like a super yacht – that is the aspiration of the star architects from GRAFT. With success: Tasked by Bauwerk, they succeeded in creating an architectural icon with a breath-taking waterfront location at the Stralauer Allee, in the lively Friedrichshain and neighbouring Kreuzberg.
The futuristic thumbprint of the building with a full-glass front depicts itself from every angle of the 161 apartments, flats and penthouses. 70 per cent offer a spectacular view of the Spree.
A symbiosis of naturalness and high-end design describes the interior décor. The décor from prestigious manufacturers fulfil every aspiration for quality, design, premium quality and extravagance - an overwhelming sense of space which merits the extraordinary architecture. The bathrooms are mundane in their style and minimalistic in their concept. The colour scheme is dominated by the look of wood and the colour white and rounded edges that dominate the form language. Obviously IXMO fittings by KEUCO for the bath and shower were chosen for this exclusive residential complex. More minimalistic is hardly possible: With a diameter of only 90cm, IXMO fittings perfectly round-off the exclusive décor nicely. The KEUCO EDITION 11 shower basket harmoniously matches the IXMO fittings. The distinctive and, at the same time, unobtrusive form language lend it an outstanding aesthetic.
Special highlight: The integrated squeegee lets the shower basket shine in the role of an everyday hero. KEUCO COLLECTION MOLL fittings at the washbasin perfectly complement the choice of design-strong KEUCO products in bathrooms and underline minimalistic root idea anew.
Matching toilet paper holder: The understatement of the chrome plated surfaces of KEUCO fittings and accessories in the bathroom appear in a soft colour scheme.
The exterior and interior style of the WAVE waterside living berlin stands for the extraordinary lifestyle of its residents.
